Skill Tree names

I hope we can see a consistent system for the skill tree names. What do I mean by this?

For instance, the Barb's Trees are Berserker, Juggernaut and Battlemaster, meaning that at the end of that Tree he becomes one of this three types of Barbarian. Cool!

Now lets take the Wizard's Arcane, Conjuration and Storm. Hardly what he would become at the mastery of one such Trees.

I know they are the schools in which she/he are versed at, but I think it would make more sense if they actually gave names to one who would be a master in each of the this schools and make them the name of the Trees i.e. Conjuror for the middle Tree. As for the other I don't have suggestions.

I think it would be awesome to have this names since in every game you have names in what you specialize and not what you become when specialized... D3 could do that.

Also I know we now have a unified Skill Tree for each caracter, but not only I think the names should be maintained (which some people reprove since now you can choose skills from across the board) I also think they should give some bonus (in part cause those other peole I refered have some reason in their complaints).

PATH bonus to balance specialization and jack-of-all-trades

These bonuses I would suggest could be some increase in stats for point spent in each Skill Tree AND since now we only have one Skill Tree for each caracter I will rename each individual former Skill Tree to Path. This means that my Barb will have his SKILL TREE from where I can choose any skill from one of the three PATHS (the PATH of the Berserker, the PATH of the Juggernaut and the PATH of the Battlemaster).

How would this bonus work? Each time you gave a point to a skill, it would give you a boost in some Stat corresponding to that PATH.

If you would put another point in a skill from the PATH the Battlemaster (probably the tanking PATH since you use weapon and shield) it would give you another point to DEFENCE when you could thus take more hits, being the damage reduced i.e. tanking ;)

If you would put another point in a skill from the PATH of the Berserker (probably the fast damage speed kind of role since you will be dual-wielding) you could receive at the same time another point to Attack Rating/Attack Speed.

etc, etc ,etc

When not specializing you would still get these bonuses but more balanced instead of having a major increased Stat. It would depend on what you want to do with the class.

(For balance issues it could also be 1 point in each Stat per 2 or 3 or even 4 points per Skill PATH)

End-Tier skill usage issues

Also to address the problem of last tier Skills (like wirlwind, Hammer of Ancients, etc) being always picked across the board to ALL builds, it could be fun if your skill spec contributed in some way to achieve that skill without making it mandatory.

For instance, to Wirlwind you needed to be dual-wielding (berserk), for Hammer of Ancient you needed to be double-handing (juggernaut) and as for the shield users (battle master) there could be a whirling shield kind of skill (Shield of Ancients? lol)

The same could be applied to other classes in some extent.
